How to download your images
Open Your Gallery Link from your Gallery Delivery E-mail
Click on the link you received in your email. This will bring you to your online gallery.
Enter the Download PIN (If Required)
Some galleries require a download PIN for security. If prompted, enter the PIN provided in your gallery delivery e-mail.
Browse Your Images
Feel free to scroll through your gallery to enjoy your photos! "Heart" your favorites to narrow down your selection to the number included in your package.
Download Individual Images
Hover over the image you want. Look for the download icon (usually a downward arrow or a cloud) on the image. Click it, and your image will start downloading to your device.
Download the Entire Gallery
At the top or side of the gallery, look for a “Download” button. Click on it. You may be prompted to enter your email and the download PIN again. Click download. A .zip file containing all your images will be prepared and downloaded to your device.
Check Your Downloads Folder
Your images (or the .zip file containing them) will usually appear in your computer’s “Downloads” folder.
Tips & Troubleshooting
If you’re downloading to a phone or tablet, large galleries might take a while or may require a file extraction app. If you run into any issues or can’t find the download button, please contact me for help.
